    If You Can’t Guarantee It Fits, Don’t Advertise That It Does!

    I bought this bag because I saw a video on Threads Instagram page of it fitting the Kindle Paperwhite. I was very disappointed when it did not fit. I reached out to customer support to see if they changed the size of the bag since their video and they said, "We haven't changed the size but so sorry your isn't fitting! We can't guarantee that any specific object will fit within our bags". If you can't guarantee then don't post on instagram that it will fit! This isn't slightly off it's not even close to zipping.
