For that reason, we have put a one-year warranty on all orders (details below).  We have had customers who have been using their Thread Wallet products for many years without issue but we understand that accidents happen!

Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    The color is so much better in person and the quality of the bag is amazing. The only reason I didn’t leave 5 stars is the strap could be just a little longer to fit how I prefer.

    This crossbody has replaced my others!

    After receiving my crossbody, I was amazed at the features...they are even better in person! I only have a couple of other crossbody bags, but they are now sitting in the box to go to the consignment shop. This is the ONLY bag I will need! The pockets are amazing and the zippers are so sturdy. There is plenty of room for 2 pair of glasses, my Thread's wallet, and my other essentials....and they are ORGANIZED! I knew I would like this bag, but I never dreamed it would be this great! Thanks for a superior product!!
