Provo Event Space

241 Event Space is in downtown Provo, Utah at 241 W Center Street, 84601, inside Thread HQ. The venue sits on Center Street with 20+ on-site parking spots, plus nearby street parking and a public garage.

The venue hosts weddings, receptions, corporate events, workshops, nonprofit gatherings, networking events, and graduation parties in Provo and Utah County. Community events start at $50/hour, and private celebrations have weekday and weekend rates.

The date of your event will be booked and reserved for you as soon as you have paid the $100 security deposit. The rest of the payment is due 1 week prior to your event. Access to the venue will not be granted until payment is received.

Yes. Alcohol is permitted with the required $300 alcohol fee and the use of a licensed bartender. Clients may hire any licensed bartender of their choice.

To ensure the safety and care of our venue, we ask all clients to review and adhere to the
following policies. Violation of any policy may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.

• Prohibited Items & Activities:
• Candles or open flames of any kind
• Illegal substances
• Confetti, petals, rice, lavender, glitter, or similar small loose items (throwing or
  scattering is not permitted)
• Cleaning Fee & Closing Checklist
• A $50 cleaning fee is required for all events.

This covers standard post-event
cleaning. Clients are responsible for completing the closing checklist provided at
the event. Failure to complete checklist items may result in loss of deposit.
-Alcohol Policy
-Events serving alcohol must pay a $300 alcohol fee.
-A licensed bartender is required and must be present while alcohol is served.
Failure to pay the alcohol fee or provide a licensed bartender will result in loss of
deposit.
-Damages & Property Loss
-Any damage to the venue or its contents will result in loss of deposit. This
includes but is not limited to holes or dents in walls, nails, tape, command strips,
peeled paint, or burned/ruined tables, chairs, or décor. If damages exceed the
deposit amount, the client is responsible for the full cost of repairs or
replacement.
-Additional Policies
-All clients must sign an event contract prior to the event. Access to the venue will
not be granted without a signed contract.
-Do not remove, disable, or tamper with smoke or carbon monoxide detectors.
-Clients are responsible for the actions of their guests and invitees.
-Any damages or breakages must be reported immediately.

The downtown Provo event space comfortably accommodates up to 100–150 guests. If you’re unsure whether the space will suit your event, we encourage you to schedule a tour.

The main event space offers 2,220 square feet in our historic Center Street building, suited for intimate dinners, weddings, and community events in Provo. Guests also have access to an open four-stall restroom and a private mother’s room.
