Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Disappointed

    Love the color and the size is perfect, but one of the straps wont stay in place and keeps falling apart. this happened while i was walking through the airport so that was annoying.

    Love this bag Soo Much!!

    I was so excited when I saw this bag in a ad.... It's so cute. But then it wasn't available on the site (either sold out or not for sale yet). I kept my eye out and finally purchased when it came back in stock. My first bag had a flaw on the straps I reached out to thread to let them know. They went above and beyond to make it right. My next bag was perfect. Not only did they create the perfect backpack, but they also stand behind their merchandise!

    So sad

    I bought this backpack at Scheels for my daughter..she loved the colors, the fabric and the weight of this backpack. Unfortunately, the first day of school the straps came out of the buckle. Keep in mind that this was the first day, so no heavy items in there yet. We fixed them, or thought we did. And they still come very loose. She is unable to tighten the straps up, which means her backpack hangs past her rear. We have tried various ways to reloop the straps, but nothing works. She unfortunately did not save her receipt. We have had to buy her another backpack.

    The perfect Backpack!

    I was worried that I wouldn't be able to fit all my stuff in the bag as a junior in highschool but it's perfect! It is the cutest color and I get lots of compliments whenever I walk around. I'm obsessed.

    Aboslutely love this backpack!

    This backpack is such good quality, really durable, & so cute! The inner storage pockets are so helpful, & it hold all of my school books without being overly bulky. I absolutely love it!
