Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Can't wait to try

    Haven't actually used it yet. Waiting on a new phone case. The quality is great.

    Have not had a chance to use it yet but I think it will come in handy and help keep me from dropping my phone when my hands are full.

    The mechanism that goes in the charging port is not very sturdy so I am glad they send 2. We will see if it lasts with consistent use.

    Love the idea

    I love the idea of having a simple way to carry my phone. Unfortunately the D ring that came with it opened and my phone proceeded to fall off the second time I used it. I put on a key ring and that has helped.

    Otherwise I love it! Very convenient
