Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Almost perfect

    Love the phone lanyard but one of the buckles is at a weird angle. Did not realize it was more of a cross body. Love the color

    Love this, but…

    I love this so much but I can’t charge my phone. It pushes my case too much so that the charger doesn’t fit in. I ordered some MagSafe chargers but this is a bummer!

    This ended up being SUPER convenient! The piece that goes in the case is the perfect thinness, doesn’t lift my case a ton. Highly recommend this, especially in this color!
