For that reason, we have put a one-year warranty on all orders (details below).  We have had customers who have been using their Thread Wallet products for many years without issue but we understand that accidents happen!

Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    The best little bag!

    Made very well with high quality fabric. I have more than a few of these and have given them as gifts too. As a teacher I wear it daily as a place to secure my phone . I wear it everywhere as a handy way to keep my cards accessible. So glad I found these in all of their beautiful colors and patterns too!

    So good! Only missing one thing...

    I love this bag! The versatility is great and the strap is plus size friendly! The ONLY thing I wish there was on the bag is another corner loop for the strap versatility. That way I could make it more like a crossbody fanny pack situation.
