Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    I absolutely love this bag! The straps stay in the arm, even if you have a lot in the bag. I like the different lengths of straps, depending on how you want to carry it. I got the orange color, which is the honey. Highly recommend for travel, day pack, teacher bag!
