Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Haven’t received items :-(

    Unfortunately, I have not received the two items I ordered at the moment. I am hoping they are still enroute.

    Just gives you comfort

    Free returns and shipping protection is no common these days so I appreciate the confidence Thread has in their products and shipping choices. Cost very little and I would never hesitate to use it.
