Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Great color and size!

    I love the color of this bag! It’s a perfect fit for keys, pens, lip product, cardholder, and phone! My only complaint is that I do wish the back pocket on the outside had Velcro.

    I like that it has enough space for the essentials (wallet, keys, phone, hand cream, hand sanitizer, lip balm, and a small pack of napkins). I use the front zip pocket for cash and coins. The back pocket I use for receipts since stores here check them before you leave.
