Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    I have had this wallet for 8 years (my color is a bit different, but this was the closest one I could find to review) and it’s as good as it was brand new. The elastic still holds strong whether I have 1 card or 10 cards in it. The leather still holds and smells great. This thing has been in the washing machine, the pool, the ocean and who knows where else accidentally. I couldn’t be more obsessed with this wallet - 10 out of 10 recommend (and I promise they are not paying me for this- but I’m open to it ha!)

    Needed a replacement for the bifold i had as the elastic was streched out, great product third or fourth one ive bought. This one seems like its made out of a different material, seems more flexible and bendy than the last one i bought.
