    inaccurate sizing.

    it says the strap is 49”. It is actually just over 43”, not even 46.5” when extended all the way (including the small connector piece and both sides of the buckle it is 46.5”) . I did so much research before buying this to ensure it would fit comfortably but those several inches would have made a world of difference to ensure this lays flat on my shoulder and doesn’t cut into my neck when worn crossbody. Maybe the extra inches are in the buckle part wrapped up in the extender mechanism, but that is misleading. It would be helpful to have actual fully extended circumference maybe, even if that includes the bag part? Or to offer longer straps. I don’t want to support lulu over Thread, but at least they offer an extended strap length for those who need/want it.

    ANYWAY, the bag is beautiful but it’s super disappointing that I won’t be able to use it comfortably.
