Operations Coordinator – Thread Wallets | Provo, Utah
Thread Wallets is looking for a friendly, organized Operations Coordinator to join our team in Provo, Utah.
Location: Thread Wallets HQ, Provo, Utah
Hours: 25–30 hours per week; some remote flexibility available after training
About the Role
This is an entry-level position and a great opportunity to get your foot in the door at a fast-growing consumer brand. You'll lead day-to-day operations across our customer support and wholesale channels while helping build the processes that keep things running smoothly. As a small company, we move fast — which means this role will evolve over time, and you'll have the chance to take on new projects and responsibilities as the business grows and changes.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate with our direct-to-consumer customer support team across email, TikTok Shop, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, and various drop-shipping programs
- Build and maintain documentation for new and existing processes
- Manage fulfillment and relationships for wholesale partners
- Work closely with Accounts Receivable to support wholesale billing and payment processes
Qualifications
- Operational mindset with a willingness to roll up your sleeves and figure things out
- Prior experience in customer service or wholesale sales preferred but not required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with Excel, Claude, EDI, and/or Shopify a plus
