Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Great bag! It’s exactly what ieas looking for him the size is perfect. The colors are exactly as shown and design is super cute. The quality is outstanding, would definitely purchase again.

    The bag itself is nice, but I am disappointed because the image displayed looks more brown and tan vs black and white. Had I known I would have opted for something else. The back itself is very black and white and looks drastically different so just be mindful.

    Simply the Best

    This bag is exactly what I wanted/needed. It is the perfect size to pass arena guidelines for concerts and games, while providing ample space for all the necessities. It is well made and seems like it will hold up. I think I might need another pattern to match my other Threads items… 😉
