In case you didn't hear, we launched The Stitch, Thread's version of a loyalty program about a month ago and have had TONS of people get in on the goods that come with it! We wanted to give you guys the scoop on any questions you may have about our loyalty program, so read ahead to get educated. 

What is ‘The Stitch’?
Designed to reward our most loyal customers and keep them stoked 24/7, 365 days a year, The Stitch is Thread Wallets' rewards program. Earn points for every dollar you spend and redeem them at checkout for discounts.

How can I earn points? 
There are LOADS of ways to earn points! With our tier system, Thread Members earn 1 point per $1 spent, Thread Insiders get 3 points per $1 spent, and Thread Elite earn 5 points per $1 spent. On top of that, you can earn points for different actions like signing up for our email list, referring friends, writing product reviews, and even just having a birthday!

How do you redeem points? 
Simply add items to your cart and use our points dropdown at checkout to redeem your hard-earned points. Every 100 points = $1 off of your purchase! 

What can I get in the different tiers? 
All members receive points for purchases and a birthday gift on us so there’s no reason not to sign up! Our Insider tier also gets early access to sales and our Elite tier will receive free shipping on all orders and an annual Thread gift! 

Do points ever expire? 
Points expire one year after the date they are earned so be sure to use ‘em before you lose ‘em! 

If I purchased already, can I still get my points? 
Hell yeah! Points are saved for 3 months after you purchase so if you ordered less than 90 days ago, just create an account and your points will be automatically added!
