For that reason, we have put a one-year warranty on all orders (details below).  We have had customers who have been using their Thread Wallet products for many years without issue but we understand that accidents happen!

Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Lanyard too long for short torsos

    Like the concept & execution. However, for those of us with very short torsos, we can't comfortably wear the lanyard just over our neck, even when adjusted as short as possible...phone ends up hanging right between legs at crotch level. Awkward! May be able to use lanyard if worn cross-body style to meet needs. Suggest making a shorter version of lanyard for young adults/petites. Thanks!

    Perfect!

    I work in a school and sometimes putting a phone in your pocket isn’t ideal. This has been perfect! Cross body or necklace style doesn’t matter! It fits and I’m plus sized. I will use this for hiking, walking, working… all the time! Love it!
