Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Items Fall Off

    I have had this for about 2 years now and the concept it great, I wish I could repurchase. I cannot however because it's about once a week something falls off of it. Even more recently because the spring mechanism has worn down. Usually I find the item that fell off, but I just recently lost the wallet part. I will be ordering another brand now, something I wish I did sooner to prevent the hassle of losing cash and getting my cards back.

    Just what i needed

    I love these little wristlets! I bought one that lasted me for like 5 years and it was still in great condition but i felt like getting a new design, and this fit the bill!
