Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    nothing to complain about. i have the matching elastic wallet and it’s so very cute. lasts a long time and very sturdy. i like how it’s not too bulky. love love love. would recommend

    Aaahhhh!!! Love it!!!

    It’s so CUTE!!!!!! I love mine so much! If you have bigger sized hands it’s a little hard to put on but less likely to slip off. I paired it with my “ Ingrid” set and I love it so much!!!!

    Such a handy lanyard!

    This lanyard is so pretty. I love the Rose Water color. I have it clipped on my elastic wallet and sidekick and use the combo as a little wristlet when I don't want to carry a purse. I wish the lanyard was just a little longer, because I have bigger hands and it's a bit of a squeeze, but I can still make it work.
