For that reason, we have put a one-year warranty on all orders (details below).  We have had customers who have been using their Thread Wallet products for many years without issue but we understand that accidents happen!

Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    Almost Perfect

    This is a great simple bag. love the pocket organization and shoulder straps are comfortable. It should have better zippers, even if it upped the price by $20 the zippers get stuck if you try and just rip into the bag quickly.

    Cute but poorly made

    I have this bag in Camel (but it’s no longer available for me to review). I wanted to love it, and at first I did! It’s super cute and very spacious, but I've had it for a month and the shoulder strap has begun to let go and unravel. I carry this bag to work so it’s not like it’s being used hard. When I got it I was concerned about the zippers failing because they are pretty cheap plastic zippers, but turns out the stitching failed first. Such a bummer!

    Best backpack in the world

    Honestly best backpack I’ve had. Super comfortable and the pocket space is everything I need. The laptop sleeve is perfect for any size laptop or iPad. 10/10 best backpack ever

    Love It!!

    I absolutely love this backpack. It's perfectly designed with all the needed features (dedicated laptop section, plenty of carrying space, spot for a tablet, two places for water bottles, and more). The quality and materials are top-notch. I couldn't ask for a better backpack. Definitely will be buying it again.
