    The bag is well made and provides a measure of insulation! From my aesthetic perspective, I wish zipper was smaller - but does effect use.

    Love the size and the pockets-painful strap

    After comparing this bag to several others, I loved the larger pockets and deeper water bottle pocket so it doesn't feel like its going to fall out! I bought it for hiking and my dog walking job. Part way into wearing it, it had slid up into my neck and was causing pain. I was CONSTANTLY shifting the strap back out or trying to position it in a better way but couldn't find a spot. I love everything else about this though and hope they can fix the strap issue!

    Sometimes LOVE hurts.

    I love this bag. The quality is absolutely there. I've never had something so convenient enter my life that hurts so much. I started the hike, like, THIS IS GREAT! my hands are free, my pockets aren't bursting at the seams, I don't feel like I have to check if I dropped anything, my phone isn't soaked in sweat, however... 10 minutes in the strap is almost cutting into my neck. Like, really badly. Maybe THREAD can add a padded sleeve option? Otherwise this is a fantastic purchase!
