Had bought their bag from a mall location and when I got home, realized the strap was broken. I was really disappointed as the other product I bought was also broken/would not latch correctly (bent.) I emailed their customer service team and they were happy to send me a new strap for free! This one arrived quickly and works great!

I love the color and aesthetic of this bag (I got the gold). It's just the right size to hold my phone, wallet, mask, and foldable shopping bag. My only constructive feedback is that I'd like for the sling option to fall on the body a bit more naturally--when I wear it as a sling, it doesn't lie flat on my back/chest and it bounces around a bit. Altogether, though, very happy with it!

This strap is really perfect. I think I just have a little trouble getting the clasp to open since it rotates. Entirely my fault, I think I just prefer the style of a stationery clasp with the option to unclasp and re-adjust. Otherwise, it's wonderful and super sturdy.
