About Us:
At Thread, we create stylish, functional wallets, bags, and accessories for all of life’s adventures. We’re looking for an intern to join our operations team and help us keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. This is a paid, in-office internship starting Fall Semester 2025.

What you’ll do:

Streamline the Flow: Build out automation flows to improve customer service and operational efficiency.

Own the Inbox: Coordinate between our sales and warehouse teams to ensure rapid fulfillment and information flow.

Support Fulfillment: Work with national retailers and manage routing requirements.

Manage the Details: Oversee drop shipping programs, draft wholesale orders, track pending approvals, and assist with Amazon FBA replenishment.

Think Strategically: Contribute to inventory management strategy and attend national wholesale events to support brand growth.

Who you are:

A systems thinker who loves solving operational puzzles.
Pursuing a degree in business, supply chain, or a related field.
Comfortable with spreadsheets, inbox management, and cross-functional collaboration.
Excited to learn, adapt, and make things happen in a fast-paced environment.

Bonus points:

Experience with Gorgias, Shopify, or Amazon Seller Central.
Interest in logistics, inventory, or e-commerce operations.
