Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. Love Thread but received the wrong color
I love Thread but was disappointed. Ordered the Olive airpod pro case but received sage.
I also ordered the wallet phone case and the stretchy part loosens up a little too much and sags within a month or two.

Phone case
I got the palms phone case a bit ago. it stretched out way faster than I was expecting. It’s very protective and I love it, I just wish it hadn’t stretched out so i could still use it. it also takes up way much more space with it being streched out.
