Wholesale Sales Manager

Job Overview

Responsible for growing the wholesale channel. You are in charge of  developing customer relationships that promote retention and loyalty. Work closely with customers to ensure they are satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.



Maximize Sales
    • Create, implement and execute merchandising plans to hit sales targets
    • Find ways to identify and open new doors
    • Find ways to improve sales numbers for existing accounts
    • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to find new opportunities
Manage Accounts and Team
    • Recruit sales reps nation-wide and define territories
    • Utilize sales data to motivate reps and grow accounts
    • Oversee staff training and the hiring and firing of reps
    • Provide line sheets and any other merchandising/marketing materials to accounts/reps
    • See sale through to final delivery
    • Attend trade shows (exhibiting or not) and other events to build relationships with buyers, reps and other people in the industry
    • Regularly meet with key accounts to nourish relationships and manage the agreement of the sale
Manage Accounts and Team
    • Analyze performance of in-store fixtures/materials to retailers and provide feedback to design team
    • Provide accurate performance reports to Executive Team



  • 5+ year is wholesale sales experience in fashion industry
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Sense of trend and development in the action sport / lifestyle industry
  • Able to train, recruit, and manage a team
  • Willing to travel domestic and International
  • This is a full time position working from our Provo, UT location
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and draw conclusions.
  • Self-Motivated and Ambitious
