Wholesale Customer Service Manager - Provo, UT

Job Overview

Location: Thread Office in Provo, UT

Hours: Monday - Friday, approx. 25-30 hours/week

Pay: $15 per hour

Will learn: NuORDER, Netsuite, Shopify, and SPS Commerce

As a Wholesale Customer Service Manage you will be responsible for managing the wholesale customer service team, and providing excellent customer support to Thread's sales reps. You will be a liaison to our fulfillment center, and will working as the point person for wholesale operating systems under the direction of the Wholesale Sales Manager. 


Responsibilities

Team Management
  • Manage wholesale customer service reps
  • Distribute daily tasks, assign emails to Wholesale Customer Service team
Order Management
    • Approve orders
    • Order Entry for sales reps, when necessary
    • Fulfillment management
    • 3PL management
    • Approve orders in NuORDER
    • Direct contact with Thread’s Warehouse, Evobox
    Customer Service
      • Tracking orders
      • Providing replacement items for defects or mistakes
      • Fielding customer questions
      • Sending store employees promotional materials & swag

      Qualifications

      • Availability to work consistent hours Monday-Friday
      • 18+ years old
      • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
      • Strong oral and written communication skills
      • Ability to provide excellent customer service
      • Great analytical skills
      • Well organized and proactive attitude
