Wholesale Coordinator (Full-time)

This role will manage our Wholesale Customer Experience team and in-house wholesale accounts, correspond with our sales representatives, be liaison to our fulfillment center and point person for daily operations.

Hours: Monday - Friday, min. 40 hours per week

Pay: Salary, Negotiable

Will Learn: NuORDER, Netsuite, 3PL, and SPS Commerce

Qualifications:

• Availability to work full-time, consistent hours Monday-Friday

• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite

• Must be able to commute to Thread office in Provo, UT

• Retail and Wholesale experience preferred

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Detail oriented 

• Ability to provide excellent customer service 

• Great analytical skills

• Self-starter

• Well organized and problem solver; proactive attitude

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines

Primary Responsibilities

Merchandising

• Work closely with internal operations and merchandising team to maintain and manage current product assortment

• Manage all samples and quarterly distribution

Team Management

• Manage Wholesale Customer Experience team

• Distribute daily tasks, assign emails to Wholesale Customer Experience team

• Correspond with our outside sales representatives

Order Management

• Approve daily orders in internal softwares

• Execute order entry for sales representatives

• Manage and direct order fulfillment

• Correspondence with warehouse management

• Coordinate all execution of purchase orders for key account partners

• Review all EDI transmissions

Customer Service

• Manage in-house accounts

• Tracking orders

• Providing replacement items for defects or mistakes 

• Fielding customer questions

• Supplying store employees promotional materials
