Custom Sales Manager

Job Overview

Responsible for managing and growing the Custom channel, which is our division where we make custom designed products for other businesses. You are in charge of  generating leads and acting as the customer's point person till delivery. 


Sales / Marketing
    • Create, implement and execute plans to hit sales targets
    • Find ways to identify and gain new customers
    • Find ways to turn existing customers into repeating customers
    • Exhibit at trade shows and other events to build relationships and generate leads
    • Present product line in-person and/or send sample boxes to potential customers
    • Manage Custom Webpage

Project Management
    • Communicate with and provide customers with all necessary information (pricing, design templates, etc.) throughout the whole process
    • Work with design team to provide customers with design options
    • Submit orders to Supply Chain and track production/shipping
    • Follow through till final delivery
    • Inform A/R of completed sale

Analyze Sales and Report 
    • Use quantitative data to direct marketing efforts
    • Provide accurate performance reports to CEO


  • 5+ year B2B sales experience 
  • Strong presentational skills
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong Project Management skills
  • Bachelors Degree from a four-year college or university preferred
  • Sense of trend in the action sport / lifestyle industry
  • Able to exhibit at events (trade shows, sporting events, etc.)
  • Willing to travel domestic
  • This is a full time position working from our Provo, UT location
  • Strong analytical skills to analyze sales data and draw conclusions
  • Self-Motivated and Ambitious
