Wholesale Customer Service Manager - Provo, UT

Job Title: Wholesale Customer Service Manager

Department: Wholesale

Reports to: Wholesale Sales Manager

Job Overview: Manage customer service team and be liaison to fulfillment center and point person for operating system

Hours: Monday - Friday, min. 40 hours per week

Pay: Hourly

Will learn: NuORDER, Netsuite, Shopify, and SPS Commerce

Qualifications:

  • Availability to work full-time, consistent hours Monday-Friday
  • 18+ years old
  • Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Suite
  • Must be able to commute to Thread office
  • Retail and Wholesale experience
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented 
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service 
  • Great analytical skills
  • Well organized and problem solver; proactive attitude

Responsibilities:

Team Management

  • Manage wholesale customer service reps
  • Distribute daily tasks, assign emails to Wholesale Customer Service team

Order Management

  • Approve orders both in NuORDER and Netsuite
  • Order Entry for sales reps, when necessary
  • Fulfillment management
  • 3PL management
  • Direct contact with Thread’s Warehouse, Evobox

Customer Service

  • Tracking orders
  • Providing replacement items for defects or mistakes 
  • Fielding customer questions
  • Sending store employees promotional materials
