Job Overview:We're looking for an experienced Influencer + Affiliate Manager to join Thread. In this role, you'll manage affiliate relationships, build influencer partnerships, and optimize content strategies. Key responsibilities include negotiating collaborations, coordinating product deliveries, and tracking campaign performance. Strong organizational, relationship-building, and analytical skills are essential, along with expertise in affiliate marketing and influencer relationships within e-commerce.

  

• Develop and manage Thread’s affiliate marketing strategy to boost sales and brand awareness.
• Define and oversee the influencer marketing strategy.
• Cultivate strong relationships with affiliates, creators, and influencers.
• Identify and recruit new partners to expand our reach.
• Ideate and collaborate with the creative team to create PR boxes.
• Coordinate influencer marketing campaigns aligned with brand goals.
• Analyze performance data to identify growth opportunities.
• Develop and execute promotional plans for affiliates and influencers.
• Provide regular reports on key metrics, ROI, and insights.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices.

 

• 1-2 years of experience in affiliate and influencer marketing, preferably in e-commerce or retail.
• Proven success in managing affiliate programs that drive sales and awareness.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and influencer tools (e.g., ShopMy, LTK).
• Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative campaigns.
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Effective communication and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
