Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. I Love my new phone case! I love the design, looks just like the picture and the elastic is tight and holds the cards in place well. I also like that there is rubber on the bottom underneath the elastic to help keep the cards secure. Defiantly going to buy more and never buying a regular phone case again.
I was so excited about this product and used it for my NYC Metrocard and occasionally one credit card as well. After one month of use the elastic did not hold my card anymore as my Metrocard was gone! Gone and with $20 on it! You need to clearly state that this product should not be used for train passes and other thin cards. Beware!
