Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement. Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. I love Thread but was disappointed. Ordered the Olive airpod pro case but received sage.
I also ordered the wallet phone case and the stretchy part loosens up a little too much and sags within a month or two.
I got the palms phone case a bit ago. it stretched out way faster than I was expecting. It’s very protective and I love it, I just wish it hadn’t stretched out so i could still use it. it also takes up way much more space with it being streched out.
This case is absolutely amazing!
This is a great use of space when traveling and not wanting to carry around more than your phone.
