Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement.  Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. For more information on our Warranty Policy, click here.

    The magnet will not stick to my phone even though I have a phone that has MagSafe. It’s a really cute wallet and I think I would love it if the magnet was strong and actually held in place.

    I love the design, and the build quality is fine unlike what other reviews said, but it keeps falling off my case, which is very bad for a wallet. I also had cards fall out of the large pouch very easily, It seems only a single card can be held in the elastic sleeve.

    I own the corresponding bifold wallet and I love it, but the magnetic wallet needs work.
