Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day to day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. Good case
I thought this would be a hard shell case but it is a thick rubber material. The case is hard to take off the AirPods which is good for function but burdensome for using a wireless charger. I like the carabiner on it and think it functions better than my thread keychain
