A: We apologize that you didn't receive a shipping confirmation email for your order, sometimes they go to the spam or promotions folders by mistake. If you cannot locate the email, reach out to contact@threadwallets.com and we will use your order number to get your tracking information! Q: Is Thread bringing any old designs back? A: At this time, we are constantly launching new collections with new designs. For this reason, we rarely bring back old designs, but we hope you find something from our line of current and/or new designs that you like just as much! Q: Does my item qualify for warranty replacement? A: Thread Wallet products are made to last! However, if your item becomes defective within one year of your purchase, you qualify for a replacement. Please keep in mind that products that have been stretched out due to over-stuffing, water damage, normal day-to-day wear and tear, etc. will not qualify for a replacement. If you feel you would qualify for a replacement, please contact us and we’ll happily verify the warranty for you! To request a replacement of any defective items, please fill out this link. Q: How do I change the address on my order/cancel my order? A: If you need to change an address or cancel an order, reach out to our customer experience team at contact@threadwallets.com! As long as your order has not been fulfilled by our warehouse, the team would be happy to initiate an address change or cancellation and full refund!
