f your wallet becomes defective (torn seam/elastic or faulty leather attachment) within one year of purchase, you qualify for a replacement. In order to claim your replacement wallet here are the steps you need to take:
1- Email our customer service team at email@example.com to initiate your warranty claim.If you purchased a wallet at one of our many retailers, we will do our best to accommodate your replacement.
2- Include photos of the defective product, your original order number and your top three product choices (must be of equal value) from our site that you would like as a replacement.
3- A member of our team will be in touch and send a replacement order your way!
